RentalsWe require all clients and vendors to use Hill Country Event Rentals for all rentals such as tables and chairs, linens, and tents. If Hill Country Event Rentals does not have something you may want to have at your event, please contact us directly to discuss and get approval before renting.

AlcoholYou are allowed to have wine, beer, and hard alcohol at your event. All alcohol must be served by at TABC certified bartender. We recommend using Star of Texas Liquor & Wine (details below). The only wine allowed on the premises is Bell Springs Winery wines. A wine package must be included in addition to beer and hard alcohol. We do not allow beer and hard alcohol only events. Based on the number of guests, we will put together a wine package for you. Other vendors allowed with our approval.

FoodWe have a full time chef and can work with you on a menu for your event. No outside caterers allowed.
InsuranceDay of event insurance is required for all events booked at Bell Springs Winery. A minimum of $500,000 / $1,000,000 liability is required. You may work with any insurance company or agent to secure insurance or simply order a policy via WedSure (www.wedsure.com). Policies run approximately $150.
Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is included in the rental of Bell Springs Winery?
You get exclusive use of the venue for ten hours. You also get an on-site property manager who is available to answer your questions. No security guard is needed. You will receive one hour for rehearsal the day prior to your event date, but must be scheduled around other booked events. You get access to the main house for the bride and groom to use prior to the event.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
